The quality is very good. Easy to sew and feels nice to the touch. I make debit card holders and key fobs. The fabric gives it a leather look.

Needed to replace the ottoman too as it was getting old and the leather needed to be replaced. Great option good value and a day of project for me.
Reupholstered our Polaris Ranger seats. Needed a good hearty fabric as we use the Ranger for tough property chores. The fabric is much easier to work with than I thought it would be. It had just enough stretch, but no too much to cause cracking. We’ve had the fabric uncovered and in the elements, including rain, for the last couple of weeks with no issues. Would definitely purchase again.
